Alyza Koppes '26 is completing a physical therapy internship at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Westminster, Colorado, working alongside physical therapists in meeting and evaluating patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She is learning many different therapy techniques and modalities and working with patients in a wide variety of age groups and diagnoses.

I am from Ely, Iowa but I lived in Atkins, Iowa and Chandler, Arizona for a few years each. I run cross country and track and field at Cornell College and I am also the president of the German Club. I love to sing, read, travel, and be outside!
I am hoping to learn more about the day-to-day aspects of being a physical therapist and also to prepare for going to physical therapy school after I graduate from Cornell.
