About me

I’m a person who is very passionate about history, especially history that isn’t taught to us in school or is hidden away. I believe that everyone has a story, and everyone’s story is worth sharing, no matter who they are or where they’re from.

What I hope to get from this internship

I hope to gain a deeper, more complex understanding of African American history so that I can better understand and better support modern African American social movements such as Black Lives Matter as a white person.
