Major: Chemistry

About me:

I'm a first-year college student majoring in chemistry with a strong interest in drug development and preventive disease research. I enjoy learning how science can be applied to improve health outcomes, and I'm always looking to expand my knowledge across both scientific and non-scientific fields.

What I hope to get from this internship

I hope to gain hands-on experience in the field of chemistry and to see how scientific research translates into real-world applications. I want to continue to develop practical laboratory skills, learn from experienced mentors, and gain a better understanding of the day-to-day work of a researcher. Additionally, I hope this internship will help me explore my career interests, challenge me to think critically, and inspire new ideas in the field.
