Students from Cornell College have explored internships in science and research where their experiences have included research interning at Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center and Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, as well as annual competitive internships at the Children’s Hospital of Colorado and Mayo Clinic.
Internship experiences at Cornell contribute to a student’s understanding of where their future may take them and can also qualify for a required experiential learning component of their graduation requirements. Career coaches in the Berry Career Institute help students find and apply to internships, and our Ingenuity in Action framework helps guide the experience and identify funding for qualified experiences.
